Mitchel B. Nerenberg brings to Price Raffel and Browne, and more importantly, to our clients the legal depth of a practiced professional in insurance and law alike.

Mitchel's career in financial services started in 1972 in the advanced underwriting and legal counsel departments of Mutual of New York and US Life, respectively and includes years at Aetna Life and in private practice until he re-joined Mutual of New York as an agent and then moved to Union Central in 1998.

A graduate of Queens College (BA 1968), Mitchel holds a law degree from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a Trustee and Estates Section member. He is active in NAIFA, the National Association of Insurors and Financial Advisors and the Brooklyn Law School Alumni Association. He has served on the Boards of the Hebrew Academy of Five Towns and Rockaway and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Congregation Beth Shalom.

Mitchel and his wife of 35 years reside in Lawrence. They have two daughters and seven grandchildren.
