Stuart J. Raffel has been a leader in the life insurance business for over 30 years. He is a specialist in executive deferred compensation, estate planning and retirement plans for corporations. He holds CLU and CPC designations and is a qualifying and life member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Mr. Raffel is also a charter member of the Top of the Table. Together with Arnold J. Price and Peter C. Browne, Mr. Raffel founded Price Raffel & Browne in 1962.

Mr. Raffel holds a BS degree in labor economics from the University of Illinois. Active in numerous industry organizations, he is a charter president of the Los Angeles Association of Financial Planners, a past president of the San Fernando Valley Chapter of CLU and a past director of the American society of Pension Actuaries. Mr. Raffel was the first recipient of the Union Central Life Insurance Company's "Lester A. Rosen Humanitarian and Achievement Award." His community service includes the Brandeis-Bardin Institute, the Maple Counseling Center of Beverly Hills and the Heaven on Earth Stable, which assists handicapped children. Mr. Raffel is also a retired Captain in the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Reserve.
